Our Settlement price is Pound Sterling only. The Euro and Dollar price we provide is just as a guide and not the exchange rates charged by those of the credit card issuer. Please check with your card provider if unsure of the rates you could be charged. All currencies are updated daily to make the guide price as accurate as possible.
About the VAT Button.
The VAT button’s purpose is to display prices in two ways, including VAT, or excluding VAT. It will not allow you to exclude yourself from paying VAT on applicable products.

My Credit Card Number Is Not Being Accepted.
Check that you have entered the number with no spaces. Your Invoice address must match those registered with your credit card.
Are Your Cups in Stock?
Normally all our products are well stocked, stock levels are referenced in the product description.
When will I get my Order?
Normally Next Day, Providing you have ordered before 14.00 Hrs, and delivery is mainland UK.

We aim to despatch all our cups with 24 hours.
How Much I Will Be Charged For Shipping?
Shipping charges are displayed at the bottom of the Your Order Detail screen. One to four boxes are approximately £6.95 depending on product weights.

Our Standard service with UPS – a 24 hour service; please see the options in the checkout procedure to confirm the most suitable service for you. Other services include next day express, highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight.
Do You Send To Europe?
Yes with DHL Euro Plus – a 78 hour service that covers the following; Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

Vat Charges in Europe And EC.
When we deliver to Europe in most circumstances you will pay VAT, however if you are outside of the EC then VAT will be deducted. If you are located in Europe and want to qualify for zero rate VAT as a direct export your invoice and delivery address must be the same region, you must also include the VAT number in the appropriate box. This is a minimum requirement to qualify for zero rated VAT.
